More calls for flash glucose monitoring devices

Everyone at the Paula Carr Diabetes Trust was pleased to see that the availability of flash glucose monitoring devices for people living with Type 1 diabetes is getting some much-needed attention in the press.

The charity’s trustees, led by Chairman Gary Fagg, are lobbying Kent CCGs to allow GP practices to prescribe the device which as been described as ‘life changing’ by people using it to help monitor their blood glucose levels.
